Not sure where to start? 90min sessions are great starters. Identifying the aims, tools and themes of the session allows a natural unfolding of our time together. The methods implemented during the session are a those you find most resonance with. The Holistic Kinesiology DEI work protocol will help us define where to begin and how. Most often, this results in a combination of structural assessment, structural alignment and an exploration of energetic patterns that are "embodied" in your posture. Your system will naturally optimize what serves you and de escalate the fight, flight, freeze mechanisms. Home routines are my favorite! After each session, you receive a personalized homecare routine to maximize the improvements gained during the session. Every session includes a follow-up call within the following 3-5 days to hear how you are settling and integrating.
